🫂 Trainer: Daria Lazarieva – coach and facilitator with several years of experience in labour market integration, motivation and communication. Her work centres on appreciative communication, the constructive handling of diversity, conflict prevention, and fostering inclusive and respectful collaboration. She combines hands-on methods, reflection and active exchange of experience.
