Register for our OSCE SHDM Pre-Event on March 13th in Vienna

On March 13th, the first ‘Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting’ (additional meeting on humanitarian dimension issues) of the OSCE will take place in Vienna. As we did last year, we are organizing a pre-event on this day, together with our partners Human Rights House Foundation and Netherlands Helsinki Committee. During the event, we will address the numerous crimes and serious human rights violations committed by Russian forces in Ukraine and discuss the next steps that the OSCE and its member states can take to hold the perpetrators accountable.

The event will take place starting at 9 a.m. at the House of Music, with a panel discussion starting at 10 a.m. featuring:

At the last meeting of the Civic Solidarity Platform (CSP), a platform of human rights organizations affiliated with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Austausch e.V. proposed the establishment of an OSCE Special Representative for Civil Society.
