Interview with Kseniya Halubovich

While leaving her homeland Belarus in February 2022, director and photographer Kseniya Halubovich knew that her departure was happening until democratic changes. She had to flee since in 2020-2022 the work of journalists and photographers in Belarus became impossible due to political repressions and constant surveillance from the regime. In exile Kseniya ia making a documentary about refugees from Iraq, shooting blog videos for ARTE about the political situation in Belarus, and reflecting lives of Ukrainians suffering from the war.
