FREIWILLIGE GESUCHT

Die internationale NGO-Plattform CivilMPlus veranstaltet Mitte November das 4. IFEU (International Forum on a European Ukraine). Die Konferenz widmet sich in diesem Jahr dem Thema “Overcoming Russia’s war against Ukraine: Strengthening links between political decision makers & civil society organizations in Europe”.  

Das Forum wird am 15. und 16. November 2022 in den Reinhardstraßen-Höfen, Reinhardtstraße 12-16, 10117 Berlin und im hybriden Format stattfinden und wird Vertreter verschiedener Nichtregierungsorganisationen, staatlicher Institutionen (der Ebene der Minister oder Stellvertreter), Diplomaten aus der Ukraine und den Ländern der Europäischen Union zusammenbringen. 

Es werden Freiwillige gesucht, die das Projektteam bei der Durchführung der Veranstaltung vor Ort unterstützen können.   

Aufgaben:  

• Anmeldung und Kommunikation mit Teilnehmer*innen 
• Hilfe bei der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit 
• Vorbereitung und Verteilung von Infomaterialien und Merchandising  
• Hilfe bei dem Ausstellungsaufbau über die ukrainische Zivilgesellschaft, die im Rahmen des Forums stattfinden wird 
• Unterstützung bei logistischen Aufgaben  
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Coronaschutzmaßnahmen  
• Übersetzungen (Deutsch-Englisch-Ukrainisch-Russisch) 

Anforderungen:  

• Kommunikationsfähigkeit  
• Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit  
• Sprachkenntnisse in English, Ukrainisch, Russisch von Vorteil  

Für Ihre wertvolle Hilfe bieten wir eine Aufwandsentschädigung i.H.v. 50 € sowie die Verpflegung bei der Veranstaltung an. Außerdem bekommen Sie die Bestätigung Ihres Engagements und ihrer Mitarbeit an einer großen internationalen Veranstaltung sowie unsere unbegrenzte Dankbarkeit.

VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY

The international NGO platform CivilMPlus is organising the 4th IFEU (International Forum on a European Ukraine) in mid-November. This year's conference is dedicated to the topic of “Overcoming Russia’s war against Ukraine: Strengthening links between political decision makers & civil society organizations in Europe”. 

The Forum will take place on 15 and 16 November 2022 at Reinhardstraßen-Höfe, in Reinhardtstraße 12-16, 10117 Berlin and in a hybrid format and will bring together representatives of various non-governmental organisations, state institutions (of the ministerial or deputy level), diplomats from Ukraine and the countries of the European Union. 

We are looking for volunteers that are willing to support the project team on site during the event. 

Tasks: 

• Registration and communication with participants  
• Event coverage and media work assistance 
• Preparation and distribution of information materials and merchandising   
• Helping to set up the exhibition on Ukrainian civil society that will take place during the Forum.   
• Support with logistical tasks   
• Support in the implementation of COVID-19 protection measures  
• Translations (German-English-Ukrainian-Russian) 

Requirements: 

•  Good communication and interpersonal skills   
•  Punctuality and reliability   
•  Language skills in German, Ukrainian, Russian are desirable 

For your valuable help, we offer an expense allowance of 50 € as well as board at the event. You will also receive a confirmation of your commitment and experience of working at a major international event, as well as our unlimited gratitude.
