Volunteering at the DRA in Berlin

Currently we are looking for 2 volunteers for 12 months to support our activities starting from November 1, 2020 with 35 hours per week.

Your Profile:

• 18-30 years old;
• commitment to the principles and values of volunteering;
• previous civic engagement is a benefit;
• motivation to support NGO-activities;
• willingness to engage in various projects and thematic fields;
• willingness to fulfil administrative tasks;
• curiosity and proactiveness;
• German language skills would be a benefit.

Allowances provided are:

• a monthly food allowance of 258 €;
• a monthly pocket money allowance of 152 €;
• coverage of travel expenses of up to 820 € for travel distances between 4000 and 7999 km; up to 530 € for travel distances between 3000 and 3999 km; up to 360 € for travel distances between 2000 and 2999 km; up to 275 € for travel distances between 500 and 1999 km;
• health insurance CIGNA;
• coverage of the public transport costs – monthly ticket;
• coverage of the rent costs.

The interviews will be held via Skype in the first two weeks of September.
